What is www.deadfleaz.com? Deadfleaz.com is a veterinarian owned and operated site dedicated to bringing you quality, name-brand products at discounted prices. For more about our company and history, see About Us. What products do you sell through this site? We sell Advantage®, Advocate®, Frontline Plus®, K9 Advantix®, and Revolution®. How do I pay for my order?
After purchasing your items using the 'Buy It Now' button, going to your 'Shopping Cart' will allow you to 'Checkout'. You will then be led through the payment process, which will allow you to pay via credit card or electronic transfer through PayPal®, or by gift certificate. Do I need a PayPal® account? You can pay via PayPal® with a credit card without having to sign up for a PayPal® account. We also now accept credit cards directly through a merchant account from National Australia Bank (Australia's largest bank).
How much does postage cost? Shipping and handling via Airmail is US$6.50 for the first item, and US$1.00 per additional item. Does this include insurance?
The postage cost includes insurance for damaged or lost packages.
When should I expect my item? Typical delivery time to the USA is between 7 to 10 business days. Please see our Postage & Payment FAQ for more information concerning other destinations. What do I do if my item does not arrive within the stated period? Although the delivery targets are only a guide to how long it may take, we usually find that 90% of items will be delivered within this period, or even before! The remaining 10% may take a few more days. We usually suggest waiting an additional week before contacting us at sales@deadfleaz.com.
Is any customs duty/tax payable?
Customs duty/tax is not levied on shipments to the USA. Shipments to the UK may incur customs duty/VAT if over GBP 18. For exact details please contact your local postal service prior to purchase.
Do you have a refund/return policy?
We support our products and will refund the purchase price less shipping for all undamaged, unused product returned to us. If you wish to request a refund, please notify us before returning your item. Please note that we cannot accept returns of the Heartgard Plus due to Australian customs restrictions.
